Ways to Give
Online Donation:
Make an Online Donation in support of the life saving mission of Rogers through our secure online payment process system. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express accepted.
Mail or Phone:
Make a gift by downloading our Charitable Gift Form or or call the Foundation office at 262-646-1646.
All gifts are tax deductible. Donations may be either unrestricted, meaning the Foundation will use the gift where it is needed most, or the gift may be designated toward a specific program area.
We never share your information with outside individuals or institutions.
Donate an Item
Donations of items, tickets, experiences, services and gift certificates make excellent additions to our silent and voice auctions, and contribute directly to the overall success of Foundation events. To make a donation, download the Donation Form. You may submit the completed form along with your donation to the Foundation office at 34700 Valley Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
